About Me
I am an aspiring environmental designer/artist with an educational background in industrial design. I take great inspiration from the west coast landscape. My work seeks to create a continuous negotiation between us and our landscape. We as people mould nature, and in turn, nature moulds itself to create an ongoing back-and-forth relationship. I try and come from an angle of temporary environmental alterations that allow us to express our individuality and uniqueness without sacrificing our natural environment.
About this project
A Bit of Backstory
As an industrial designer passionate about landscape architecture, art, environmentalism, and earth, my exploration into rammed-earth charcoal drawing embodies a fusion of these interests.

Why I Am Doing This
I aim to highlight the intersectionality of a material historically used for sustainable construction, to stretch outwards encompassing art and design as well. This niche exploration showcases rammed earth's versatility in accessible and engaging DIY projects.

What I Hope to Achieve
Through my blog posts, I aspire to showcase another facet of rammed earth—its potential for fun, learning, and creative expression. This medium invites individuals of all backgrounds to explore the artistry inherent in elemental materials.
